I hate them. It's because of them that we are tied down in this mess. We are a cultured, peace-loving nation but because of them we have to be aggressive. We try and live our lives in peace
Their army trains spies and terrorists in camps on their side of the border. They infiltrate our border and spread violence, hate and unrest. Their bombs go off in our streets maiming men, women and children. Thousands upon thousands of our people have been killed, maimed and traumatised by them. We have to fight them. We can't just stand there and let them do this to us. We have already fought two victorious wars against them. It seems like that isn't enough. They are driving our peace-loving nation to further violence. We are ready for them. We are ready to take whatever action is necessary to maintain peace and security of our great nation.
Now they have put us in this uncomfortable position and we have to spend millions of rupees on armaments. This money could have better been used to build schools, hospitals, roads. It could have been used to feed people but instead we have to use it to defend our borders. They are holding our future to ransom. They are preventing us from growing as a nation. We would much rather invest this much needed money for a constructive future but because of them we have to take these regressive steps.
What can we do in this situation? We have stressed repeatedly that we are ready for talks at any stage. We want a peaceful settlement of the situation but they refuse to cooperate with us along these lines. They continually take an aggressive stance against us. Every day our soldiers are killed on the borders, bombs go off in our streets and damning lies are perpetrated against us. All they seem to desire is war and aggression. We, as I've said before are a peace-loving nation but we will not hesitate to take the steps necessary to protect our great nation.
