You look into those eyes

searching for yourself

While Pinnacles of his heaven

rest beneath your feet.



The deprival of his first shelter

makes him yell and scream

So you take him in your arms

vowing no such repeat.



He holds on to your finger

with his tiny little hand

His head resting on your shoulder

His breath making it all divine.



You see your life, your flesh

and blood encaging another soul

An inviolable cloud of peace

appears and engulfs you both as a sign.
