(In memory of Rami Jamal Al-Durra, the twelve-year-old little boy who was killed by the Israeli forces in Gaza)
While the Great Spirit was creating human beings, she was obviously preoccupied with so many details. Having sent some of her creations down the assembly line, she suddenly realized that
Unable to mend her mistake at that late point, she decided to put an aerial on those incomplete creatures' heads and called them Ariel Morons. She also decided not to send them all to the same location on the Earth as these brainless and heartless creatures could create unbearable havoc there. So Ariel Morons were sent everywhere on the Earth. At times, some places got a few more Ariel Morons than other places. Nazi Germany, for instance, had a lot more of them than other places a few decades ago.
If we are living with Ariel Morons amidst us, shouldn't we know how to spot them and safeguard the lives of us and our dear ones? It is relatively easy to identify these Ariel Morons although brainlessness and heartlessness are rather invisible to naked human eyes.
Ariel Morons tend to be mostly political "leaders" or religious "reverends" (although you can find them in every walk of life).
Ariel Morons have an insatiable craving for power and control, and popularity and spotlight.
Ariel Morons are self-centered and selfish.
Ariel Morons have an obsession with their God-forsaken history, heritage, holiness and other such shit.
Ariel Morons thrive on other people's struggles, sufferings and misery.
Ariel Morons are surrounded by more Ariel Morons.
Ariel Morons are bloodthirsty.
Ariel Morons, being brainless and heartless, cannot think and feel about the repercussions of their moronity.
Ariel Morons can create havoc and get innocent people killed for selfish reasons.
Ariel Morons are deadly with small children, youth, women and minorities.
Recently one such Ariel Moron led his subordinate Ariel Morons to al-Haram al-Sharif in Jerusalem for no worthwhile reason. Since another Ariel Moron who belongs to his political party has been freed from corruption charges, this Ariel Moron got alert that the other one could usurp the party leadership and Prime Ministership. So this Ariel Moron decided to lead his fellow Ariel Morons to a hot and contested site and establish his moronic leadership.
Consequently, more than 100 Palestinians have been killed and one of the victims is Rami Jamal Al-Durra, a twelve-year-old little boy. Rami had no school on this past Saturday as life had come to a standstill in Gaza because of an Ariel Moron's unwanted provocation. So the innocent little boy wanted to tag along with his father who was going to a used car auction. The father was reluctant but the little boy persisted. The budding young life wanted to venture into the world with the safe and fun company of his own father. Rami's desire to go out into the world and to be with his father got him killed a few hours later for no mistake of his or his father.
One of the unfortunate realities of today's world is that we have to put up with a lot of Ariel Morons in our societies and socioeconomic-political affairs. It is important for us all to think how we can safeguard the lives of us and our dear ones, especially our children, from these Ariel Morons.
Here is a short and tentative list:
[1] Have an eye on the local, provincial, regional, and global Ariel Morons; keep yourself informed about what they are up to and what trouble they are brewing etc.
[2] Find out if the Aerial Morons are leading a rally, rath yatra, bandh, kar seva, or some such Nazi/Fascist program. See if any of these Ariel Morons are going to be convicted by a court of law. If you know of any such event which could possibly disturb the peace, mark your calendars well ahead and plan your life around these Ariel Morons' moronic doings.
[3] Make sure your loved ones do not leave home on those days.
[4] If they are already away from home, have them go to a friend's or relative's place immediately and stay put there. Ask them to avoid travel as much as possible. If they must travel, have them travel with police, journalists, and other officials.
[5] No matter how far away these Ariel Morons are creating troubles, stay home and spend the day with your family.
[6] Have your children trained in avoiding Ariel Morons and their moronic troubles. Some of the steps could be:
Leave the spot immediately and rush to a safe building,
Avoid the crowd by all means,
Defy your curiosity,
Refuse to speak anything to anyone,
Leave the belongings behind if there is a threat to life,
Call home at once when some degree of safety was there.
Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Pol Pot are just some of the well-known Ariel Morons, and there are so many more amongst us all over the world. They come in all shapes and sizes, races and religions, nationalities and so forth.
Opposing them, resisting them and stopping them is, of course, the duty of all the right-thinking adults. But walking into the volley of the brainless and heartless Ariel Moron's gunfire is not really dissent. Most importantly, our children have to be protected by any means necessary. They do not deserve these morons!
