Artists: Indian Classical Music Archive

The objective of the site is to promote North Indian classical music with a
particular focus on Pakistan based artists who, over the years, have received very little exposure. The main focus is on the sarangi, which is considered by many to be a 'dying' instrument in Pakistan. Nevertheless, the site brings together and presents a number of rare sarangi and vocal recordings which include the following recordings in the two categories :

1. Amanat ali & fateh ali - Bihag (at 13 yrs of age)
2. Barkat Ali - 2 Thumris

player/vocalist/ composer)
