poor man's beauty-parlour

Posted: Mar 25, 2008 Tue 08:26 pm     Views: 334    Interacts: 1

these barbers in cities like Chandigarh provide affordable service to the daily-wagers,rikhshaw-walas etc. who are mostly from Bihar and UP. There are many other roadside vendors like fruit sellers, coblers and even small dhabas and chai-walas etc., without whom, poor daily-wagers can't survive in big cities.
