The middle age spread

If I did the amount of exercise I do now, 10 or more years ago, the results would have been really telling..

the fact is that its harder to burn fat as we grow older.. harder to get the metabolic rate go up.. the same icecream has a greater impact now than it did then..

I think as we grow older we are less physical and more cerebral.. living in fantasized worlds..

children can be so natural and in the present and experience everything in 70 mm screen

why cant we? is adulthood so jaded? do I need an affair?
