Assessment of a writer’s success?

How should a writer be assessed on Chowk?

On number of hits?
On number of Posts?
On topic chosen - maximum marrks for reformist, humantarian?
On controversial subject versus informational subject?
On basic research?
On quality of language?
On style & simlicity?
On conciseness and clarity?
On orginality?
On effectiveness?

I do not know? May be the Chowk needs to provide these guidelines for a more fair and an accurate assessment?

Or may be it is not required at all - let it be informal and easy as at present. And not create this needless tension. And discourage writing itself!
