Roles of good life.
Get rid of those roles that you (and others ) are assuming in your life. be what ever you want to be,ratherthan what you think you are suppose to be because you are a man,woman,middle aged or what ever.
2)Refuse for given segment of conversation fucus on others.Practice in ever -increasing time periods not projecting blames,or talking about another person,events or idea in a complaining or fault-finding manner.
3)Stop others to change. Ask yourself why others should be different simply because you would like it better if they were.Reconize every person has a right to be whatever they choose,even if you irritate.
4)come up witha blame list about yourself that you dislike.It would be something like this.
I am too fat.
I have poor eye sight.
i am lousy in mathmatic.i have no boy/girl friend.
I am too tall.
I am unhappy
My hair are of wrong color.
The state of the world bugs me
my neighbour are bitchy
my tennis out come.
I don"t feel well.
Now add up your total blame score and see if you are any different now that you have fault and blame appropriately doled out to all of the precise ppl and the things that are responsible for ur feeling.
You are exactly the same.what you have to do is to something constructive to control ur dislikes.
so make it a goal to eliminate this behaviour .Deceide that any unhappiness is not the result of others but rather it will be the result of you and ur behavior.Remind ur self constantly that any externally caused unhappiness reinforce ur own slavery,since it assumes that you have no control over urself or them,but they have control over you.
Remind urself that what other ppl do is not bother you,it"s the ur reaction to it.instead of saying’they should not do that"say"I wonder why I bother myself with what they are doing.
