The 300 lbs Vultures of Pakistan

Have you ever seen 300 lbs vultures ?. You can’t be serious, you say. There is no such thing, you say.

Well, here are three and there are a lot more where these came from.



This may not be the time for it, but I have to put my present feelings on paper somewhere. I caught a crawler on GEO or ARY which absolutely incensed me. It was reporting that both Akram Khan Durrani (Chief Minister) and Maulana Fazlur Rahman (Leader of JUI and Leader of the Opposition in the House) of the earthquake hit NWFP province have refused to attend the meeting of the National Security Council called by the president on Oct. 12th to assess and prioritise national resources to the quake-hit areas.

The MMA is incharge of NWFP province. The extent of the disaster demands that they seek and co-ordinate federal assistance. None of their provincial or federal ministers have felt it necessary to visit the devestated areas to assess the damage, prioritise funds, console the victims --if nothing else. But no, they have preferred to sit back and take pot-shots at the government and denounce foreign aid from ’kafirs’. Qazi Hussain going as far as to press the govt in refusing aid from US and UK. Who is then going to feed, clothe and shelter your people ?, your chacha jee ?. Gadhay dey puttar.

At a time when whole towns, in a province which voted them into office, lie obliterated. People who put them in high office, forced out of their own homes. Thousands of children in Bagh and Abbottabad are buried under rubble...and these vultures of the MMA would rather play petty politics than help save lives. Even vultures have tameez. They will wait for a person to die, before they swoop-in to feed. These bastards give vultures a bad name.

You know what I want to do to them ?, I want to grab all these munafiqs by their sanctimonious beards, drag them into a hole in the ground and bury them alive under rubble, and leave them there to feed the worms. Then they’ll be useful for a change.
