So, turns out I have absolutely no willpower. And some unpleasantness over a silly parking spot which ended in fisticuffs for my friend who’d come over for a drink and a shopkeeper outside ruined the mood. To get it back, we drank a lot.
Entire day diet was under control and royally fucked it up with a Friday night binge.
Cigs: Lost count, but must be around 5-7.
Alc: Just went on and on, about 5-6 large drinks, 300 ml I’d say.
Food Oh dear God don’t ask. Ordered chicken takeaway but that was insufficient so ordered more chicken and some rice to boot.
Disgusting factoid of the day: Woke up at 2 am feeling my head would fall off unless some remedial action was taken, ended up throwing up half of ingested food.
Feel good after, does that make me bulimic now? That’s all I need!
Saturday- New Year’s Eve: ate a lot but refused steafastly to consume any more alcohol or cogs. A good start to the new year. Lots of chicken biryani.
Sunday- Best pal from college got hitched up; excellent reception party, great food, stuck to chaats and a dosa, indulged in ice cream and sweets to make up for it.
