So much for regular updates, over 50 days- 7 weeks since I last posted!

Is there any point rehashing the interim period? Suffice to say no significant weight lost or gained.

You know how it is when you buy clothes that barely fit you so that you’re encouraged to lose weight and stay in them? Turns out that theory should not try that theory with undies. My balls were scrunched up so bad yesterday I half toyed with the idea of taking em off in the men’s room at lunchtime.

Bird flu is keeping us off chicken for a while. But I seem to have developed a liking for chocolate pastries from the neighbouring coffee shop. As if their mochas weren’t fattening enough.

The list:
Breakfast- skipped
Lunch- late- 1 veggie burger with ketchup, 1 chocolate mousse pastry (way to go)
Dinner- Egg fried rice (realised that egg is a bird product halfway through the first bite, too late to stop), prawn manchurian, malaysian (flat) noodles, ordered from Chinese restaurant next door cuz we were out of provisions and the cook couldn’t make anything.
Alc- 2 Bacardi Breezers, cranberry
Cigs- 3
