hari chaa de faiyde

Last Christmas holidays, we were really relaxing and eating a lot. For about whole 2 weeks loaded oursleves like no tomorrow...must have gained sigificant weight in only 2weeks that on Dec 30 while contemplating about the next year we decided to make some changes to the diet and life style in general.
we cut on food a lot, excercised a lot....but only for couple of months. by the time we were in India in the middle of february, all resolutions were thrown to the wind.

One of the things I personally decided on was drinking green tea. while surfing the net I researched about it and it seemed very beneficial for health. Mrs Dullabhatti tried it for few times but did not like it but I started drinking green tea alot..some days only dgreen tea and no other drinks.

Even though other health resolutions have gone to the wind, this one stuck to this day. in last 7 months I have bought many times of green teas...but this one is green leaves, dried and shrunk...oyu put them in hot water and it spreads into fresh leaves of tea..I love it. Few months ago I started mixing a spoon of pure honey into my cup of tea, the one I take after dinner.

Few days ago it occured to me that I have not had allergy this year...not even once. while Mrs Dullabhatti have suffered worst allergies in her life this year. usually my allergies are worse than her. I can’t think of any other reason why I did not have allergies this year other than my new habbit of drinking green tea.
two thumbs upto green tea!Try it if you don’t drink it. Lot less calories (no sugar and milk) but lot more benefits.
