Pak Judge Returns Child To Apostate, Adultress, Pot-Smoking Psycho Mom

Only in Pakistan.

To give you an idea, just how pitiful the situation has become.

A judge in Pakistan has just ordered 12 year old Misbah Irum
Rana, to be handed over to the British High Commission in 7
days time. The girl who voluntarily left Scotland has made it
clear that she will only be taken back "kicking and screaming"
to her mother’s home --which she calls a "hell hole".

The mother, Louise Campbell, while she was married to Sajjad
Rana had a running affair with her counselor from the mental
hospital she was admitted to. She renounced her faith, divorced
Sajjad and shacked-up with her lover. She then petitioned and
of course, got the Scottish courts to award her custody of her
four children, none of whom have chosen to live with, nor are
they on speaking terms with, their mother.

According to her own children she is a pot-smoking, drunken
adultress with a mental disorder, who encourages her kids to
try pot and pushed pre-teen Misbah to drink with her and try
haram food. She strictly forbade Misbah to communicate in
any way with her father or elder siblings (while even today,
Sajjad is willing to pay all expenses for Louise to fly down from
Scotland and meet with Misbah). Misbah claims that she has
tried several times to contact her mother, but she has never
bothered to reply.

The reason judge Mian Saqib Nisar had to rule in favour of the
psycho-mom, is because of the Anglo-Pak Protocol signed by
Pak in 2003. The accord was pressed upon Pak precisely to
deny Pak fathers from removing their children from their nutty,
slutty brit moms. According to Shona Smith, a solicitor from
Balfour:

"Although there have been considerable discussions about Molly’s welfare, the purpose of the protocol is not to consider welfare except insofar as it is necessary to do so, to ensure the return to the court of her habitual residence," said Shona Smith from Balfour and Manson solicitors. Molly was habitually resident in Scotland when she was unlawfully removed earlier this year".

Which is a fancy way of saying that we’d rather have Misbah
return home and be molested by her mom’s lover (who has
been in the local news recently for a finding of drunken and
disorderly conduct by the Scottish police at their home) and
grow up to be a crack-whore, than allow her to be with her
observant, well-to-do dad in Pakistan who can clearly provide
a stable and safe environment for her.

Can anybody deny, that were Sajjad Rana born a Christian
Scotsman, this would have been an open and shut case in
his favour, in any court in Scotland ?.

Misbah Irum Rana is a green passport holding citizen of Pak.
It’s a pity that we don’t yet have a judiciary with balls which
can rise above a fundamentally flawed protocol signed by a
military dictator, to save this child’s life. I wonder what level
of hell is being prepared for zameer-farosh judges like these.
