I wanna be in 1950s Bombay. I think that's the place and era that accords most with the way I see myself - shortly after British rule, in an ancient nation recently re-born with enormous self-determining potential - and I'd like to be part of that 're-shaping', even in a very modest way. Well. maybe I'll get something similar in a future life.
