Thanksgiving got me to thinking....

What I am thankful for:
- The wonderful beautiful southern California.
- The wonderful workplace with its splendid views
- The laid back and sincere nature of Californians
- Getting to live in this beautiful place
- For the progress the US has made, may it continue to do so (Ameen). Hopefully without having to colonize, and disrupt other cultures and communities around the world. I believe it can, and the time is right.

On Chowk, what am I thankful for?

- It may not be high-brow stuff, but I am a low-brow type of guy anyway. The humor on chowk is splendid. I often shut the office door and laugh out loud. aaah. Fun stuff.

- The wonderful diversity of opinion.

- Knowing that even though we may disagree, Sadna is not a black hearted person (even though I may be). Knowing that she is only fighting for what she believes to be true. No unintentional malice flows from her. Hey, you bomb her hometown, she will get pissed!

- Knowing that although Kaal sahib is not busy commenting on the site, that he is well, and busy dividing people somewhere. I take comfort in the fact that he does what he does without violence or belittling people. At heart, he only wants what is good for all, albeit, it is in the way he thinks is correct.

- Knowing that now that I have made peace with neembu and scout, I will not be abused, and I will continue on my path to promoting love and peace without diversions and detours to the gaali galouch land.

- I also give thanks to the hearty debates that musharraf has raised in chowkies.

- I also give thanks that it is musharraf who is incharge of the nation at this moment, and not some fukin mullah or imran khan !

- I give thanks to the many chowkie friends I have had the good fortune to interact with here.

May your cranberries be sweet and tart without sweetners. May you become a shade lighter with each passing thanksgiving, so one day, you could pass for a gora (Ameen)
