Thankful.

I’m thankful for you today.
Thankful to God – grateful to you
She showed a picture of hers, shirt off, and you couldn’t even figure if it were a girl or a guy – burn marks all over – cruel marks – etched into the skin. She’s been to London & they couldn’t refigure – once an owner of a successful business, now she carries around chits from the Bait-ul-Maal.
She calls it fate – the will of Allah, his test
I wonder at the people who did that.
Some people have this personality – this strength, that makes you stand in awe when in real you just want to feel sorry for them
But people you feel sorry for have more emotional appeal – they have more of a chance to be helped – you ask questions that break down the spirit a moment – you make them cry – you show them as victims with the vulnerable side.
You tell their story, you show their spirit, but you add the elements that would make it all attractive to your viewer.
But you learn things, from every other person you interact with – most importantly, you learn to be thankful – and so I am, for you & your family.
