Three Continents
My fate travels from one continent to another
As days shorten and time loses its essence
As the skies get wider and world gets smaller
From where I am, all I see is this consumption
Of greed and commerce in place
To keep us on the move and waste
Hollow and acid, in taste
Awaits my village for my arrival with hope
To return intact, from all this upheaval
Different places and its people on the move
With purpose unknown as its unfolds
