Break...

Posted: Apr 2, 2008 Wed 03:25 am     Views: 266    Interacts: 4

Announcing a break for a tv program host/anchorperson is becoming very interesting moment of the program. people have found that this is the only exciting moment in the tv-show for many hosts. I find many hosts holler out break to astonish, many have taken up profound styles.

One of the programs I watched, host had to announce break because she got confused and needed a glass of water.[ploy or play channel].
Star-plus program hosts prefix alti-palti...delicious break.
The current affair programs are which I try to follow whenever I find time.
Kamran Khan seems to under tremendous pressure through out the program and he always seems in need of the break but still he got to make efforts to announce a break.
Bolta Pakistan is getting popular hosted by Mushtaq Minhas and ultra new Baba of Pakistan Nusrat Javed, both get strangled when theres time for announcing a break.
ColumnKaar is another program on newly expressnews channel and main host Haroon-ur-Rasheed just takes the 10th of a second to announce a break...just like "zara break kar lain"
Live with Talat is another program and I think Talat is so seriously funny that he asked a PML-N leader that I have a tough questions and as your party performs well after a break so lets have a break first. Very funny.

so many breaks on GEO, AAJ & ARY. For normal news, WAQT, SAMAA & the likes are okay...

The best part is when they have a really empassioned politician like Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed on the phone, and he is just warming up on his personal views, and suddenly the host says....hold on sir, we come back after a break....thats hilarious....
