CrateAlpo,
First of all, let me compliment you on avoiding percentages. Good boy, Teefay would be proud of you. (T)
Whenever right-wing Hingboos lack courage, they like to gather the rest of humanity against their enema de jour. :D
You seem to be saying that Muslims are 1/6 of humanity (actually the number is more like 1/5, but who cares?) and the other 5/6 (or 4/5) are against them.
Well, Einstein you ain't and Fareed Zakaria you'll never be. 8-|
Over one billion Chinese don't give a shit about what you say. In fact, China's strategy is to court the Middle East and become its 'friend.'
There are almost a billion Africans, South Americans, and Eskimo who also don't give a shit about what you have to say. In fact, it's the black Kenyans who are pissed off at Hingboos just like the Ugandans before them. :P
That leaves a billion Europeans, North Americans, Australians, and Kiwis - mostly the white people who unwashed bums you Hingboos love to lick. Well, have you been to Europe lately? There is a real tiring of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and a desire to reach an accomodation with the enema. Tony Blair didn't exactly go for a promotion to promote Middle East peace. 8-| Depending on the upcoming elections, many Americans will let you know how they feel about being part of the so-called 5/6.
That brings us to the remaining 1/6 (really 1/5) , just so that you can follow along. :(W)
Out of the 1 billion Injuns - roughly 150 million or more are part of the other billion (or 1/6 that you counted). Then you need to discount the Dalits, the tribals, the Sikhs, and the informed Hindus - leaving you with a couple of assholes like yourself, the pedophile bawarchi, Modi, Thackeray, Advani, Vajpayee, and a few hundred million BJP/RSS/VHP/BD/JS/SS/SP/MNS hate-mongrels - not exactly 5/6 of humanity.
This class was gratis, but the next one is going to cost you - the most miserable student seeking knowledge in everything and retaining nothing of value. :(W)

Atif,
Exactly! (T) The first quote was funny, the second was, unfortunately, right on the mark. (T) Yes, this very short term thinking is precisely why there is no persistence, no stamina, and no staying power in NYC. No, I am not talking about Choosta's sexual performance, I am talking about the myopic vision of the financial gurus. They think of quarterly profits, not long-range profitability. The Japanese have always considered long-term.
We can say all we want about the Arabs, one thing that they do have is persistence and stamina. They will keep losing every battle and sometimes every war and then come back to end it all with one sweeping and massive victory. It has happened too many times, and the Israeli phenomenon is following the same legacy of the Crusader toe-hold on the coast.
I guess people who consider womb outsourcing and call center operation (taking over the annoying and stress-causing low-end job of telemarketing and customer disservice)a metric of their advanced economy are bound to feel empty once the baby has been delivered and the customer has hung up. (T)
LOL, the chinese are sticking the danda up uighers asses, Palestine is halved, Iraq is burning, Moro liberation front is opening up bed and breakfasts in Mindanao, chechans have been bought out by russia, and pakistanis are fighting among themselves. And kaal would have us believe that the Homo Kaaliens are going to win the battles when west is now sitting onin their house more than ever and dropping hellfires up their rectums."}
Amit Choostahai Sharma,
That's the problem with you myopic assholes, you can't see beyond your own bhindis and, mind you, that's not very far at all. :D
I think that Atif correctly explained the concept of cycles in history. Of course you have never heard of, let alone, read Ibn Khaldun.
Atif indicated that Muslims are at a low right now. I disagree with this part of his opinion in this matter. I think that Muslims hit their low back in the 1940s around the time of WWII - when they didn't matter and most of them were colonies of the main players anyway. But then, Hindus had not mattered since the days of Asoka, who by the way, turned Buddhist for some valid reason. :P
Muslims started this recent down cycle in the late 18th century - from the surrender of the Crimea to the Russians and through the loss of India, North Africa, most of the Balkans, Middle East and right down to the end of WWI. Since WWII, we have seen a reversal of the down cycle. Almost the entire Muslim world, except Palestine, Kashmir, Mindanao, Chechnya, Tatarstan, Bashkirya, Daghestan, Iraq, Sinkiang, and Afghanistan is free from foreign occupation. (T)
What you call defeats are temporary setbacks, but history is always considered in great sweeping periods of time rather than spurts of momentary wins or losses. The Muslim world's lowest period was at the time of the Crusades when we lost to almost simultaneous invasions by Crusaders and Mongols. Muslims lost most of the battles with Crusaders and Mongols, but in the end defeated both of them decisively in 1187 and 1261 respectively.
Compared to that time, today's problems are trivial. The backlash of the Crusades was the retaliation that took the Ottoman Turks to the gates of Vienna in 1520s and as recently as 1683.
Muslims have always suffered slow and gradual decay followed by rapid and complete revitalization and further success. So, don't be fooled by your unsophisticated cheering of gora sahib and stop licking his unwashed bum.
What you call Iraq burning and the war in Afghanistan may well turn out to be the greatest impediment to future western adventures in that part of the world.
