a quick note on time travel

ok its even better today. i feel like a teenager, but thank God for the distraction!! a month is a long time, and i needed a MAJOR distraction to keep me sane. the only issue is your sense of time. so if a vacation can mean permanent migration, and an hour equals to three hours, dear God will this month turn into a freaking three month time period? because i cant take that. you need to leave my city - NOW!!

anyway, whatever! we will cross the bridge when we come to it.. ugh. i hate this idiot saying.

so there was this song from a group called 1927 or 19something like that... it was sooo soppy and your predecessor dedicated it to me. (i've been listening to a lot of soppy crap this morning) The trouble he took to find the song was quite endearing to me - at the time. I'm wiser now of course, and i do know that when a man goes out of his way like this for you, he's probably cheating on you. if he doesnt usually hug you, and he starts all sorts of PDA, he's cheating. In fact, here's a list - if he doesnt give you gifts, starts buying you stuff; if he is always late and comes on time; if he never introduces you to his friends/family, and starts to - ALL of this spells trouble. BIG trouble, as in HE's over you, forgot to tell you and is now in another relationship.

the reason the last point (starts introducing to family/friends) is particularly difficult to comprehend is because what you take to be the ultimate gesture of love -"oh my God i met his best friend, we're so a couple", is because he now treats you as one of the boys. you are no longer the mysterious *babe* you're *kosher* to introduce to the buds. he no longer wants time alone with you and discuss the art of "my feet are so much bigger than yours" . no siree...the party's over.. in fact its the AFTER PARTY - i will expound on that theory in some later blog.

so yes i'm time travelling. finding all sorts of crap in the head. needs to be washed, aired and dried.

so like yesterday, im bitter, but thankful. isnt it ironic?
