participation is an attitude. it is a belief.
you cannot feign it. and as much as you would want to beleive nothing is possible unless you truly are convinced about listening to people.
it is not a skill. it will be a mistake to term it that way. it is all about trusting people and their capacities.
showcasing will not help. its either there for real. or it is not there. thoda thoda participation nahi ho sakta hain...
