I do not see essentially any wrong with foreign investment. However it is the duty of the government to deal on behalf of the interest of the people. These businesses must employ local workers. Incorporation of rights of workers(same as blue-collar workers in US-Europe) must be demanded from these businesses by government of Pakistan. Saudi political influence has wreaked havoc so they must assure that all such impact is neutralised at the onset by addressing it specifically in each term of lease.

the four provinces will all contribute 25% of the land
towards this project.

... and each province will have 25% share of the net
profit resulting therefrom, right?

amin sahib, now u can sit and listen to the sound of silence. hope u enjoy the symphony.
