This simple short film was a winner in Cannes Lions

Enjoy, and let me know what you think about it!

I want to see a Bollywood version of this, the most dramatic part of which would be when they're crossing the street and the pedestrians would all stop to clap and cheer.

Beautifully done.

csg: No thanks necessary! I was happy to help! :-)

thanks everybody for your feedback!

Delirium and Ana: yes, the human link between the palpable alienation is the strongest point that drew me to this film and made me post it. Ana, thanks a ton for telling me how to post videos from youtube.

Fouz: I believe she can speake alright, but she chose not to when they meet, as signs played such an important role to bring them together. :-) thanks for the appreciation.

Taji and Padash - Good that you guys enjoyed it, will try to post more such stuff in future.

That's beautiful!

Love and humanity wins amidst all insensitivity and materialism. The most intriguing part ( to me ) is the way that fragile and subtle connection, the sole communication link has been brought out.As vital and imminent as a lifeline. The soul of their budding relationship. The signs of life and happiness for them.

No wait, she can. Wasnt she talking to her boss or something? :P

Very cute. It does seem that the girl cannot speak. But is it so that the guy cant too?

In any case, good one. Thanks, csg.

It was cute, I enjoyed it. Especially in a world where everyone is so dependent on technology. The alienation was so palpable the first few minutes. Such a simple film, but it says so much.

Thanks for posting this! :)
