It works!

Posted: Dec 21, 2004 Tue 02:35 am     Views: 57

This happened after a long time. I overslept this morning. Got up at 6.42 instead of 6.15. This is how me - my machine works in the morning. I set an alarm for 5.55AM, when it buzzes i switch on the geyser and set the alarm to 6.15 and sleep back. I love this ’Shakar Zhoap’ as Mother calls it, at least that is how it sounds to me when she utters those words. Neway here i was, amid some dream related to office but i have forgotten the details of the dream. I opened one eye and quizzed myself to check the time. Instead of being towards the right, this minute hand though at the same level was at the left. Within seconds i was wide-eyed and i knew i was late, i could even hear the maid doing the bartan. I realised i had forgotten to set the alarm to 6.15, urrgh... I HAD to rush if i was to reach office on time. And I hated going late to office.

Only yesterday, i was saying that if i get up all of a sudden there is this dizziness that engulfs me and here i was doing exactly that. Luckily i did not feel dizzy this morning, and i did not have to hold on to the walls. I was ready to catch my bus. Instead of leaving the house at 7.05, i left at 7.08. And what matters is i dint miss the bus. I had packed my lunch and other assortments, i had had my bath, i had completed my puja, i had dressed myself up - I had finished all of this. And yes, i got into my bus too...

Well some kind of storming, performing, and norming after a failed forming. It works!
