For starters, the Paki government should allow the hundreds of thousands of Pakitani citizens and their descendants to be repatriated to THEIR country. I am sure that Karachi will welcome these PAKISTANIS. If there is room in Pakitan for the repatriated 100,000 who "surrendered rather than died," then there is room for those who "died" every day of every year for the last 34 years.
This is the litmus test for Pakistan. Can it be sincere to its own?

I just wish someone had listened when the issues were similar and the picture was just as clear and disturbing back in 1971.

For those who don’t heed the lessons of history, they are boudn to repeat the same mistakes over and over and over and over...
