Yes correct.

Mullah Omar under protection/supervision not precisely custody because he is Pakistan's man. Similar to how Masood Azhar of JeM and Hafiz Saeed of LeT used to be put into 'custody', namely a nice house, a stipend, access to followers and minders

So your considered position is:

1) Usama is in Pak ISI Custody;

2) Mu;llah Umar is in Pak ISI protection, but not custody;

3) You're undecided about whether Zawahiri is in either of the above.
