You can have an argument with any ol’ ullo ka patha, but for a
discussion you need a partner who is either sane or sincere.
For a debate/discussion to have a more-than-likely chance
of reaching a sensible conclusion, the partner must be sane
and sincere.
On Chowk, you can count on one hand, the number of folks
who are either-or, at any given time. And seldom will you see
them on opposite sides of an issue.
Hence, the never-ending arguments on Chowk.
Men are four:
He who knows not and knows not he knows not, he is a fool - shun him;
He who knows not and knows he knows not, he is simple - teach him;
He who knows and knows not he knows, he is asleep - wake him;
He who knows and knows he knows, he is wise - follow him!
