hurricane in Arabian Sea

Pakistani Mat Dept named the recent hurricane as Hurricane Yamaein (ya-ma-in). I am impressed like wooah we have started naming hurricanes too like katrina. Thanks God we have something else to talk about other thn the Monsoons (kidding). Globally speaking, I think after Aids, we must address the issue of coping with Natural Diasters. I remember Hurricane Katrina played a havoc, but it could’ve been handled more properly i guess it was more of a Fault in the System ( The States Vs Fed )rather thn anything else. We don’t have a good system, infact we don’t have a system here at all. We need to do more Like there are many departments in the UN as UNHCR, UNICEF, there should be a Proper International Organisation lfor rescue operations and one inside the country.
