Is Kaal a chakkarbaz? Is Ranjit a villan? Philosphical questions

On the surface, this is a simple and benign question. Examine it if you will, with the context I provide, and you shall see a whole new truth emerge.

Is Ranjit a villan?
Is Ranjit (the namesake of the villan of old bollywood movies) a villan for misleading us gullible chowkies about Kaal's intentions? Ranjit claims that Kaal's interacts that appear respectful of Islam and scornful of sufism are infact the product of a hidden agenda.

That agenda: Kaal wants to make sure that we remain divided by focusing on the differences between us (by praising orthodox Islam).

Is Ranjit making up this agenda to make KaalChakra appear devious and malicious?

Is Kaal a chakkarbaaz?
Kaal (also known as Usman the pious), has been debating with some people, the merits of orthodox Islam over sufism. In fact praising Islam repeatedly and claiming sufism is actually outside the sphere of Islam; that sufism is deceptive.

Gentle friends, we know that Sufism preaches love and sufis are muslims. Sufism was responsible for a vast number of converts. Is Kaal really fighting the bigger threat (sufism) by giving wings to the fundamentalist Icaruses, enabling them to fly into the sun?

Is Kaal a chakkarbaz? Is he Usman the devious?

Do not dismiss these questions as irrelevant, we can learn quite a bit here.
