Jhap Pat Matar Pullao One step Rice Cooker Method
Matar Pullao: Rice Cooker!
Add the following ingredients to a rice cooker, and turn on!
3 cups Basmati Rice
4 and half cups water
4 tablespoon olive oil
Two cups Green peas frozen
One tablespoon Ginger/Garlic Paste
Following SPices:
two bayleaves, two cinnamon sticks, two black cardamom pods, one tablespoon Dhuniya, Half tablespoon Zeera, 5 choti illiachi, 4 laung.
One tablespoon Onion Powder.
Salt and 10 Black pepper corn.
Add all ingredients to rice cooker, mix gently and let cook until rice cooker pops to warm.
