After failing as a writer, poet and actor, I am now hoping for some moderate success as an economist.
Random Thoughts: I am theoretically mid way through my doctoral thesis in Economics. Plan to work on underdeveloped countries and make some difference at the end of the day. Am left-liberal, anti-war, anti-WTO and pro-activist. I like Economics because numbers and simple rational conceptual frameworks can go a long way in making sense of this world.
Favorite Reading: lots of fiction and science fiction
Favorite Writers: Tolkein, Zadie Smith, Rushdie, Dostoyevsky, Chomsky
