A Punjabi by birth,language and culture.
Used to write in Punjabi and Hindi news papers and magazines(poetry and educative articles on mental health).
Used to do painting during college days and also participated in student organizations.Was often at loggerheads with the state.
Published my collection of Punjabi ghazals(in gurmukhi) and my writings on different aspects of mental health have been published in 9 books by 'Bhartiye Gyan-Vigyan Samiti'
Favorite Reading: articles and books are too many to mention....still Mera Daagistaan by Rasul Hamzatov is my all time favourite book
Favorite Writers: Manto,Kamleshwar,Munshi Prem Chand,Waaris,Shiv Batalvi,Faiz,Ghalib,Iqbal
