Behram
You seem to have problem with the Mohajirs in Karachi in general and “All Tuff” in particular. You are wasting your time at Chowk where a handful of people do not really matter, and those in power in Pakistan have no clue about the interacts at Chowk.
I suggest you printout on flyers your grievances you posted on this board verbatim, and flood Karachi with it. I’m sure it will catch the attention of “All Tuff” and his goondas, not to mention of the Federal Govt. currently run by a paan-chewing, pichkari-spitting bhayya. Don’t forget to have your full name, phone number, and your address on the flyers. If you are short of cash to print those flyers, the Mohajirs of Chowk will be happy to chip-in to pay for them.
The question is, do you have the balls to do that or you are just talk and no action?

#539, OK, Agha Behramji Rustumji Sohrabji SaRakdhonewalla,
Now you are really pissing me off. :) Just because some paan-chewing Mohajir dude, originally from Bareilly, swiped your cell phone and urinated on your shoes, after having passionate sex, while you were walking near Empress Market on Preedy Street, on your way to Zaibunissa Street (sorry Elphinstone St, or was it Victoria?), with your sugarcane handled umbrella to keep you all gora gora, you are all over Chowk with your racism, bigotry, and class-action lawsuits. Please get over it. I am sure he did not shoot that paan pichkari on your horn-rimmed glasses on purpose. Please come back to Karachi from Hooooston, or Awwstin, or Dullllaaaaaaaaas, or Sssan Antaaanio, or whereever you are - cussing at wetbacks as they pee in the Rio Grande on their way across the border.

Aasif Bhai,
Nothing like knowledge and wit to refute the lies and generalizations of Shri Behram Rustumji Sohrabji SaRakdhonewalla. :) Thank you for stepping in and rectifying matters by restoring the sugarcanes to their proper resting place. Before being goaded and thankfully not gored, I was trying to highlight the plight and desperation of ``stranded`` Pakistani women in BD as they convert to Christianity to feed their families. I did not mean to start this pissing contest with Behramji Batliwalla, Mahapunju Tahmed Doghlawalla or Saeen ``Mohajir Na Khappan`` HP. My thanks to Godot Sahib, Raw_Dust, and Echo Bhai for contributing to the attempted enlightenment of Behram, HP, aquaris, and Tahmed16.
While on the topic of public urination, may I remind Behramji that we Muslims piss in mosques. So do the right wing Hindus, but they use the main building. Everywhere in the Muslim world, people use the wazoo facilities of mosques to relieve themselves without pissing off people like Behramji. In Turkey, there are so many mosques that there is no need to search for McDonald restaurants and their normally clean facilities. Can Mohajirs help it if downtown Karachi has always lacked a sufficient number of mosques?
Also, I do want to object to high buildings that attract large birds of prey. Apparently, a Belgian tourist was savagely attacked prematurely while getting a real suntan on top of a high-rise hotel in Karachi (or maybe it was Mumbai).

behramji,
in india a parsee has a nice social net thanks to the parsee trust fund fed by our tatas and wadias. you can get stuff like nice homes in parsee colony or education assistance etc. do you have that in pakistan? if yes, as a pure zartrusti, do you get to dip in that? maybe if you had that you wont feel so lost. and if you feel lost inspite of that that is tough thing, and i feel really bad for you.
anyways, how are the dark ugly hindus girls these days? long time no mention?

The interactions here are simply proving Pakistan`s military and Muslim Caliphs` / Sultans` / rulers` of the yore philosophy correct, i.e. keep commoners involved in wars against Christians (crusades), Hindus (Kashmir) and infidels (Afghanistan) so that they don`t turn against each other.

mr blackwheel, i have lived in UP and among UPites almost all my life, and kasam se, i love the place and its people. they are so real. i am just telling what rest of the country thinks of it. i loved saharanpur, agra, ranikhet, kasauli, rishikesh, gonbindghat, bithoor, orai, unnau, lucknow, cawnpore kotwali, even moolganj-kanpur ;-)
i have had the pleasure and fortune of attending daroga-ki-nautanki, and listened to nauch-girls singing ``sayad mere sadi ka khayal`` as well as young shubha mudgal sing the most beautiful kajris there. UP (and bihar) absolutely rock. i have seen with my own eyes Sita Mayee adjust the stuffing in his bra while smoking bidis during Ramleela and sat thru some serious all-night bhajan sessions after some shiv-shambhu prashad.
so, no, i will never think low of UP

You`re welcome.
If I were you, I would accentuate the exhilirating, positive and true s, rather than the frivilous, corrupted and manufactured .
Thereis a reason the dubious ones were left there. How else could the corrupt ones be exposed. If in the age of instant-messaging & news-as-it-happens one gets spinned & doctored what to say of whatever was established as ``precedent``.
Thanks again, but I believe this all I can contribute for now.
Maybe later.
wassalaam!

i know that u r proud zarthusht and not a lowly brown parsi, god forbid. and yeah u speak exquisite english and have impeccable manners too. You have repeatedly referred to all mqm supporters and urdu speaking mohajirs in very unflattering terms the least i could do is refer to how the largesse of the british have been very kind to those you admire along with dog bathers of british. Whether the dispossessed pakistanis who were forced to migrate twice in a quarter of a century were the cause of the tensions or the feudal ahole and his so called populist antics to consolidate power (nationalization, urban vs rural divide, language issues, refusal to repatriate east pakistanis) and the preceding 15+ years of military intervention is anyones guess. There were educated ppl in what is now pakistan before partition but they belonged to 2 categories. Those educated in missionary schools and those who knew urdu as a second language. As they say lahore had a sizeable population who spoke urdu along with punjabi. The overwhelming majority as it was as it is now was uneducated. The percentage of illiteracy far higher than those of the immigrant who had a sizeable middle class and descendent of the erstwhile salariat. It is no wonder that urdu became the national language of pakistan....

It seems that as usual the urdu-speaker`s huffing and puffing in your post is rather obvious. I would invite you to the era of 1970`s, and around Burns Road, where almost all colleges were primarily filled with urdu-speakers.
Let us take a snap shot of S.M. College, and D.J College, and of course N.E.D. Engg. College. Almost all students entering those colleges were urdu-speakers. Yet, they joined hands with Jamaat-e-Islami in sloganeering ``merit merit, we want merit.`` This was the beginning of hate almost universally instilled by the JI gangsters, and the urdu-speakers got involved in such acts.
Ok...let us go and check all the government offices and you will notice urdu-speaking bureaucrats. No one in the world with any knowledge of economy would claim that bureaucrats are good for business. So how can urdu-spaekers claim that Karachi was developed by them?
Now, if the urdu-speaking community want to take credit (like they always do) of events that they did not generate then so be it. Right up to the mid-1970`s all the businesses in Karachi was conducted either by Bohras, Memons, Ismailis, or immigrants of Rann of Kach, and some were from Sialkot and Chinoat. And even till this day, most of them do not support the thugs of the All Tuff and his goonda brigade.
Not much can be said about the jealousy that urdu-speaking paan kay pichkari waaley mohajirs, as far as developing Karachi. Yes, I did find a lot of them as Qasais or maximum some Nihari shop.
{You have repeatedly referred to all mqm supporters and urdu speaking mohajirs in very unflattering terms the least i could do is refer to how the largesse of the british have been very kind to those you admire along with dog bathers of british.}
And that is exactly where I am showing you the mirror. Urdu-speaking mohajirs have been involved in killing of Karachiites, and those lowly parsees have not killed a single soul. Hell, they used to take care of british dogs.
BTW, we respect dogs. I want you to start respecting humans. Is that asking too much from the goondas of All Tuff?
MQM has been involved in murdering Karachiites. Any nuances by you or by anyone else would not help. Only a complete and unequivocal apology to the citizens of Karachi is needed.

How many businesses of urdu-speaking mohajirs got nationalized? None.

Urdu language was always the national language of Pakistan. I can vouch for how powerful my urdu is. I learnt Urdu in a Parsee School. So much for your nonsense and spreading hate. You want sympathy of your downtrodden people, and yet you educate them to kill.
When was the last time All Tuff and his gangsters started cleaning up the city of Karachi and asked its citizens not to pee on the streets of Karachi after having sex with their spouse?

Thank you for your advice dear. I reread your entire scholarly post. I consider the Hadees I had quoted in my post at 403 as the most important one in all the plethora of Islamic literature spread over the centuries. It is terrorising the daily lives of the people by providing the bloodthirsty holy killers with a sword of blasphemy law and lynching, which is being kept ever hanging on their heads. Excuse me; I would go on repeating it ad-nauseam till it is stopped to be used as such. This Hadees in my view is itself blasphemic as it negates the very image of the Prophet (PBUH) as ‘Rehmatuaalimin’ and tarnishes the very name of Islam per se.

{yaar, r u really that dense? who has ruled the country for the past 59 years? feudals and the army... direct or indirect.. }
No, I am not dense at all. I just love my city and All Tuff destroyed Karachi, and I am glad at least you have acknowledged it.
{altaf and his gang of thugs can go to hell along with the rest of the politicians and the army.} So, let us collectively work together to send them to hell.
{ I do take exception to the fact when ppl selectively blame mqm or the mohajirs for the problems in karachi. }
Then, you must go back and read all my interactions. I have repeated many times that those Biharis who came to Karachi in the mid-1970`s were trouble makers. Now, should this be not crystal clear to you that All Tuff was a part of the hate campaign and should be filtered out by the people of Karachi in a fair and democratic way.
{MQM has become some sort of a whipping boy and ppl go on and on about their evil ways. } But there is some truth to that. Is there not?
{While completely turning a blind eye to what was the source of the problem... mqm is only a symptom... my dear batli vala.. don`t believe me? ask mr daruvala (queeen`cutn`paste) or sodavatervala... }
MQM is a desease that is just like the newly found avian flu and must be erradicated from the roots of Karachi. Their people must be stopped to migrate to the western world, and we must let the foreign embassies in Pakistan know that giving visas to those from Korangi will be detrimental to the well being of our western society. Slowly but surely those who come to the west will have some appreciation of how to live in a civilized society.
And FYI, daruvala means those who sold medicine... daru means medicine.
Also, FYI, I am not a Parsee, and you can ask that defunct [ mr daruvala (queeen`cutn`paste) ]
I am a Zoroastrian though and have a proud Iranian heritage. Do you have any problem with that?
