Re: # 27

I really don`t think one thing has anything to do with another. Meaning, prosecution for blasphemy and actually commiting blasphemy of any kind in Pakistan don`t often go hand in hand. And further, I don`t think anyone would be prosecuted for reading them, unless, I don`t know, they read them and projected them on the side of a building or something. The internet really can`t be monitored in the way print media can.

Re: # 19

Thanks very much. I`m going to post that on my (ha!) blog and email it to my friends. I don`t know why I`m posting it on my blog, mind you, except for bloodymindedness... But information much appreciated.

Re: # 17

Some ISPs let it through and others don`t. And as I said, blogger.com works, so you can post, but blogspot.com doesn`t, so you can`t see it.

goatbrain..they had blocked the domain blogspot.com and left out blogger.com.

In fact, you can actually post to your own blog in the usual manner, by logging into blogger.com, which is a domain that has not been banned.

You do understand what a domain name is, don`t you?

Re: # 21-even the coverage was full-fledge when its pakistan..

people got killed in libya..nigeria..but who cares who knows..

All it is to prove Pakistan is a Mulla estate and Mullas are nothing but AK-47 lovers..and carry prejudice against the marathons..

Re: # 21-the thing is Pakistan has to be proven as a rogue state..even if there was nobody killed..
any filthy dead carcass of a dog would have been put up..to justify the case of the media..

thats the policy being followed in ICC as well..going against SHOAIB..banning Shabbir..
Gavaskar on the outrage against the Pakistani team..

bear with it Manto..

ranjit...

Apparently three people were killed in the cartoon riots in Lucknow alone ... that is one more than the people killed in all of Pakistan..

So what do you have to say about that?

Haven`t the Pakistanis created enough tamasha with this Prophet Muhammad cartoon issue? I mean, for crying out loud. Okay, your feelings were hurt but they were just frikking cartoons and it has been quite a while now. How long is this nonsense going to continue? KFCs have been burnt, cars have been burnt, people have lost lives, what more do Pakistanis want? Keep protesting forever about some cartoons? Enough is enough!!

truly freedom sometimes comes down so forcefully with its subjectivity tht one is compelled to revise one`s own existence in a `free nation`
