Yaar Sanjay, it is not as if Indian policy makers do not know what Pakistan is upto. By preventing such attacks whenever it can and arresting/eliminating the perpetrators for the acts already committed, India is playing the waiting game. Just 2 decades of Jihad has brought Pakistan to the brink with various contradictions coming out into the open, so much so that some Pakis are even questioning the very ideology that led to its formation. We only have to wait patiently and the spurious ideology that brought it into existence will collapse in in the face of these contradictions.
