An attempt below to repackage and represent the nice poem. Some times the breaks and format of idea packaging lets the reader enjoy it more, though for the dying poet a jumble of ideas is more natural.
i am dying slowly.
i look above,
god is looking and laughing.
he made the most beautiful world
which turned out ugly for me
i want this world back please
i pray to you god , i plead.
i know i walked the wrong way
and now i am standing at bay
the moment i leap i`ll fall
and that will be the end of all.
but hope still prevails in my heart
i know miracles made u god
i close my eyes and i give u my hand
and i know you`ll take me to the right land.
i am dying slowly.

i close my eyes and i give u my hand
and i know you`ll take me to the right land.
