ive been using PIA in my travels from the US to Pakistan and back again for the past 5-6 years.
im sorry but ive had very good experiences every single time.
esp the direct flight from NY to LHR with a 2 hour stop in Manchester. and now from Chicago and Montreal as well.
a lot better than the zig zag routes some of the other airlines take.
the crux of the problems with PIA are the passengers, not the staff!

Hadi you should mail this article to Chairman PIA. He`s a professional and seems to be trying hard.

lol.....i am so happy u write this.......i was 10 and i went to see my pa all by myself...in the PIA special custody serivce lol and can u believe it ..we landed in khi instead of quetta lol....and the next day we borded again from khi but returned and cudnt go back to quetta cuz the weather still wasnt safe....and the air hostesses were rude and nasty to us kids....PIA needs to learn to behave itself.......why dont u go for the other airlines this time.....? they goota a lot of em now......
