you can say its not in our dictionary. - it sounded like usual jargon used in day to day conversation.
tries to catch criminals - yeah as if it doesn`t try.
Pakistan police department is the major cause of corruption. - really?? next time i won`t trust them
Traffic, which are traveling on a road - huh? what did you mean?
(heads off sir ) - what??? the most interesting thing to read, its Hats off not heads, are we dealing with chopping off the heads of the cows??
that our citizens loves our country and with the bottom of our heart’s - rosy words.

anyways, keep reading newspapers and good novels. Truly, its been a good effort. But keep on persevering. Believe me, I was the same as well, but improved a degree later on, persevering.
But still going on for perfection.
