Do not get depressed. Read if possible, Lawrence Ziring`s `Pakistan in 20th Century`. You may be shocked to know that Pakistan is a bumble bee ever since Quid`s times but survivind and so shall it survive in the future also.
Indicate to me which articles you could not access and also e-mail address. i will send you across if with me.
Population control is Western view that is prohibited in Islam as well as in all divine religions. West is thinking to encourage popultion boom because in countries like Germany and Russia, their natives are becoming endangered specie. Remember every child comes with one mouth to eat but two hands to earn provided the country is ready to manipulate that advantage.
Best of luck.

Dear Mr.Khan...... Thanks for your concise answer. You have very good understanding of this areas for sure. I went to see your article but they want subscrition fee. So decided to leave that. I read your introduction and wht you describe in your introduction is true and future does not seem good.Lahore and Karachi (home town) are examples. I always felt musharaff is intelligent but not statesman. When he took over power instead of 6 point program there should have only one point program. That is family planning and reduction in numbers by nature and and man. Like china. What use of army general ruling if can not control population. Too many people and people breeding like rats. Poor people are heartless people and producing children they burden responsible people. If Pakistani army really wants to bring good things they can force family planning. Otherwise war is inevitable as in next 30 years population will double and these numbers need water, land and food and clothes so only historical expansion is eastwards and south, ie india and in Kashmir. So nuclear war is certain ? Just your thoughts.

Re: # 1
I assume you have sufficient background knowledge. Therefore I will give the crux only otherwise each of the aspect you have pointed out needs volumes to churn out.
*Nagorno-karabakh is Azerbaijani territory occupied by Armenia and still under Armenian occupation since 1994 ceasefire.
* Azeris have not lost the hope. In fact it remains one of the most dangerous flash points in Southern Caucasus. Fears are ripe that when Azerbaijan economy picks up pace through large revenue it receives after commissioning of Baku-Tbillisi-Ceyhan pipeline, Azerbaijan may embark on a venture to settle the score with Armenia, a threat that Arnenia shrugs off contemptuously.
* Why IOC(you mean OIC) does not move. It is yet to develope muscle and the will to move.
* Iran supports Armenia against Azerbaijan for several geopolitical compulsions it faces. Also there is discrete alliance of interests among Iran, Armenia and Russia agianst the Western camp in the Caspian Region. Energy and ethnic issues are the main impediments.
*Central Asia or the `stans` are already Islamised and with Russian phantasmogoria, Islam is becoming more manifest in essence. Unfortunately the largely communist era leadership of `stans` has not been able to turn the tide to their favor. Instead they perceive it as political Islam and a threat to them. There are already potent Islamic movements in Central Asia that usually sprang or flourished from Farghana valley. Give it any brand but the fact is that these existed even in the Soviets days.
*Energy manpulation is a global issue that is being approached, unfortunately through `self` oriented approaches. Importing electricity from Tajekistan or Khrgystan is on out of several options for pakistan but not free of irritants. Also hydro or nuclear energy is no answer as a substitute to the challenge of hydrocarbon energy depletion that SHALL engulf the world by mid century. The people of vision have calculated every litter of it and no one has the answer. Some future projection on energy by some eminent authors are available. You may go through them. Turmoil through the globe is indeed the struggle to grab a larger chunk of energy by the developed economies because their fall is clear writing on the wall.
I hope, I have managed some clarifications to the barrage of questions you posed. Best of luck

Re: # 1
I have seen officials of central asia and our country ink some MOU for importing anout 1000 MW from hydroelectic geneeration . Which will be few billions dollars worth. Then we can also export energy to India and get money. Any comment about that ?
Is there possibility of islamising govt of ``Stans`` and any possibility of break of democracy ?
Any possibility of Iran style Islamic revolution ?

Mr.M A Khan..... I liked the article and learn about some dynamics of that area.
I have two questions and if you inclined can put some light on this factor.
1. Tell us about ``Nagarno Karabagh`` a Armerian majority area in Azarbaijan. Is it a independent enclave for practical purpose or Nation of armenia is directly involved?
Why IOC or other fellow organizations do not raise voice against Armenian infiltration or Rulers in Baku has lost all hope. Why Azaris are not asserting their supremacy in their recognised land or is disroute like Kashmir ?
Why is such equilibrium status quo?
2. As you have studied politics which is concentrated economics , is big G port is designed failure ? You have not mentioned big G acting as big port for outlet of hydrocarbons which is mentioned by general and GOP. Or is just pipe dream like Iran pakistan Gas pipeline?
3. Why Azeris always join against Iranians. Is there any spilitting oriented movements in Iranian Azarbaijan ( Tabriz)or tendencies as arabs in Kuzestan Iran have distinctly.
4. Iran is very friendly towards Armenians , do Iranians supports without saying enclave in N.K.
Thanks
