i`ve visited many forums ...... many boards .... even i`ve been moderator on some forums and boards ... but i don`t remember any forum like chowk is ........

the only reason i won`t pay is I don`t want chowk to get my credit card data. If they set up a third party payment, I would pay...

would the cab drivers here be able to pay that kind of money...100$ is a couple of cab fares at least...

Umair Khan, Farzana and rest of the team have lived up to their promise of ``unflinching idealism``. The best thing about chowk is that it taps into the ideals of its interactors, instead of pushing its own ideals down their throats.

It`s especially been a pleasure to read articles written by Godot, Mantolives, Dost-Mittar and Farzana. Chowk`s birthday is special for another reason too. It coincides with the inaugration date of a small BPO business that I launched with friends 3 years ago.

krishna (happy birthday)..i mean socio-economic class, not necessarily caste. for example a person who can get into islamabad club is a high socio-economic class and one who parties on old-monk with thums-up (and a twist of neembu for high-shytle) with other code-coolies is low class.

tahmed, you are the most experience in assigning morality certificates..how is your favorite behramji these days? he seems to have lost his edge these day..can you say more mashallahs to him?

Indians have `decided` on Rushdie`s book, Mira nayyar`s `water` or `fire` -what have you, Hollywood`s whatever - the one which says that Jesus was not gay but Da Vinchi was, SIMI etc. etc.

Heck, FV `decided` on quite a few things here :-)

In fact if chowk-staff wants to check my commitment, they can post a link where I can pay that $100 right now.

Impotent paki making impotent threats on the internet...how novel..

next we`ll have another paki telling us how godot was the prophet of peace and only became a raving mad dog threatening to kill people because of posts by Indians..posts which only contain ``cut-and-pastes`` of articles from the western/paki press...

I read chowk regularly. I sure wish you edits well, your job involves so much time and effort. Congrats and keep it going.
