Dear Ranjit mian,
I am afraid saying Gandhi was bad because he was gujju is not going to cut it. Besides not having been exposed to any Pakistani textbooks, I wouldn`t know... but I discovered Jinnah and Gandhi at the Alexander and Douglass Libraries at my alma mater in New Jersey.
Dear Harish mian,
Looks like you`ve lost your mind permanently- I feared this but then decided that shocking exposure to the facts was necessary for you regardless... btw the only reason you feel so confident about throwing the vilest abuses in my family`s direction is because you know I won`t respond in kind. In vile abuse, your posts outshine those by your countrymen. Not long ago, you claimed to be the handsomest of the Indians...now I suppose you would claim to be the most intelligent as well.

Re: manto
Manto, dude, why are you so obsessed with Gandhi and Jinnah? They were nothing more than a pair of Gujjus - one a baniya and the other a bhatia rajput (jinnah`s grandpa converted).
Lets face it - Gujjus are great with money, running motels, Indian grocery stores and so forth. Politics is not their strong point e.g. Narendra Modi. I know our text books try to brainwash us into hero worshipping our own gujju - gandhi for us and jinnah for you. In my opinion, both were useless and ruined the subcontinent forever. We are better off forgetting both of them and looking to the future.

Sometimes I feel you are completely oblivious to the reality around you. Please see who is calling who names and why?
Yasser mian, sometimes you need to be shown the taste of your own medicine, and I`m doing just that. As for the reality, it is that your pathetic attempts at rewriting history are doomed to failure.
In any event, I have reconciled this as the essential feature of your character, the nobility of which is nothing to write home about.
LOL...this is funny! You, who resort to invectives frequently peppered with references to rearends, orifices, defecation, and stink are talking about nobility and character? Speaks volumes about your own character, or more appropriately, the abject lack of it.
But you are right, your abuses will not stick. Hence the point I made in 293 stands reaffirmed.
My point dear Yasser is that you haven`t been able to win over too many people since you started ``fooling all the people all the time``, and that says something about your inability to alter history to your liking, doesn`t it?

Dear Ballu Khan,
I agree in entirety with what you have stated regarding Indian constitution not being based on Gandhian ideology... infact I do intend to try as much as I can to rid Pakistan of similar essentialist tendencies.

[Your brother-in-religion, Harimau, is still squirming under the fact that low castes have become dominant under the rubric of Indian democracy. Are you squirming too?]
Harimau has no reason to squirm. The lower castes will not be allowed to come out of their poverty by our politicians who depend on them for votes. So they will be kept in perpetual ignorance while a few seats in professional education and a few government jobs are thrown their way, much like you throw grains to chickens.
Harimau skewers the lower castes like you guys might skewer meat for sheesh-kebabs.
Harimau walks tall, knowing full well that just by birth alone he is superior to 95% of Indians and 100% of non-Indians. That kind of self-confidence is not easy to come by.
Harimau pities mlecchas like you who have the misfortune to be born into a strange cult and who can have no exit strategy short of death. In fact, he pities mlecchas more than he pities the lower castes who at least have reservations going for them.
When I go to a roadside temple near my home for a special puja, I deliberately wear a dhoti but no upper garments. You should see what happens: the sight of the sacred thread around my torso parts the crowd who stand a respectful foot away from me so that I won`t be defiled by their touch. This in the city of Chennai after 75 years of anti-Brahmin propaganda. Hey, I like that.
The Communist minister Chakraborty in West Bengal, defending his attendance at a religious ceremony, said that he is seen as a brahmin first, a Bengali next and a Communist last.
Nope, we don`t squirm. We walk with our heads held high. Squirming is for low-lifes, such as worms on a hook.

I am glad you agree on the issue regarding fascism............I know that Gandhi had some incorrect essentialist theories regarding religions.............but all that is not relevant since India does not run on those unacceptable Gandhian principles ........unfortunately PAkistani republic indeed has serious problems with those essentialistic and exclusivistic constraints on their constitution because of religion..................can Pakistan show some wisdom ??

Calling anything a delusion will not make it go away.
Just as calling someone names will not make them stick.
As for fooling all the people all the time... yes you Indians have been at it but seems like people are beginning to see the truth.
You mean Mr and Mrs Yasser, Arthur Kemp, Richard Grenier, and Rozaiba? Wow..quite a lot of ``people`` these! What an achievement! We`re so proud of you, dear Yasser!
As for the measure of my success, the intemperate squirms that you let out every now and then is a much clearer enunciation than your protestations to the contrary.
LOL! You mean beating up on you is success? Like I said, you are welcome to your delusions!

My dear friend, I am no defender of the distortions of history that some of my countrymen are grossly guilty of, but allow me to say that in order to see full blown fascism, one does not need to extrapolate... but simply take unadulterated Gandhian quotes and measure them on your scale... you see that the entire exclusivist Gandhian exercise of ``unification`` was an exercise in totalitarianism and fascism of caste Hindu domination.

From the paper : http://www.engr.usask.ca/dept/techcomm/CSSR/rhetor/2004/schmidt.pdf
components of Hitler’s fascist “unification device” are broken up by Burke into four distinctive “features” (218ff):
(1) “Inborn dignity.” This religious/humanistic pattern of thought is given an “ominous twist by his theories of race and nation . . . .” It translates into a Manichean antithesis of superior: inferior (Aryan: Jews/Negroes).
(2) “Projection device.” The “purification by dissociation” was achieved through the scapegoat designation that allowed an ailing middle class to assign social inadequacies to a single group and allowed them to “conduct business without any basic change whatsoever.” Hitler’s prose is a primary example of apodictic argumentation, his anecdotal experiences providing ample “proof” for his social analysis.
(3) “Symbolic rebirth.” Hitler, by staging himself as a visionary, a prophet, gives “a malign twist to a benign aspect of Christian thought,” namely a promissory goal.
(4) “Commercial use.” In the very pragmatic context of the thirties, he “provided a noneconomic interpretation of economic ills,” bedeviling “‘Jewish finance’ instead of finance” (emphasis in the original) that, if removed, eventually might leave “‘Aryan’ finance in control.” Burke does not explicitly label rhetorical tropes, as, for example anthithesis for the first point above or synechdoche for point 4.
Instead, he emphasizes the pragmatic rhetorical context of Hitler as “relying upon a bastardization of fundamentally religious patterns of thought” (230). The means are identified as the basic Nazi trick: the “curative” unification by a fictitious devil-function, gradually made convincing by the sloganizing repetitiousness of standard advertising technique – the opposition must be as unwearing in the attack upon it. (
229) Inside the totalitarian social system of Nazi Germany, of course, opposition was hardly possible since Gleichschaltung ‘consolidation of all opposition and created ideal conditions for this kind of ideological advertising.

Fascism and the Rhetoric of Unification-
One of the main themes of Mein Kampf is the well known racial “blood and soil” thesis. It was one of the secular political unification devices that Hitler used, assigning every possible social virtue to returning the German nation to a pure Aryan race and total domination of its perceived proper territory with a strong emphasis on an extensive agricultural class. But it was definitely proposed in the tone of a religious mission. Hitler was himself ascribing every calamity since the fall of the Rome to race mixing.”
7David Loewenthal’s contemporary analysis of a perilous trend in modern national ideologies relies on a basic contradiction: history versus heritage. According to him the historian seeks to convey a past consensually known, open to inspection and proof, continually revised and eroded as time and hindsight outdates its truths. The heritage fashioner, however historically scrupulous, seeks to design a past that will fix the identity and enhance the well-being of some chosen individual or folk.
Hitler, being an historically rather unscrupulous political leader, adhered to the definition of heritage as “but a profession of faith in a past tailored to present-day purposes;” his goal ofpropaganda, therefore, became a unification message “apt to be labeled as false, deceitful, sleazy, presentist, chauvinist, self-serving.”9A vital part of his strategy was to unite a society as a nationby delusions about both its history and its ancestry. .....
http://www.engr.usask.ca/dept/techcomm/CSSR/rhetor/2004/schmidt.pdf
If we read this and then read the Paki Islamicist propaganda about unification and the purification through disassociation with the others then you can see clearly that the Paki nationalist thought of TNT when extrapolated on a global scale becomes fascism.

``If Gandhi is deified then it is not Gandhi`s fault. ``
The deification of Gandhiji was a process that began in Gandhi`s life and was encouraged by him. He promoted his Mahatma image to play on the superstitions of hapless masses and he had his fairshare of Squeelers to make black white and white black .... Plus an entire Empire backed this Mahatma to take the wind out of the sails of the legitimate aspirations of Indians...
Are you familiar with the character of Napoleon the Pig in Animal Farm?

However let me remind you that there are several other boards from where you are still an absconder, after getting a thrashing you deserve.
Sure..you are welcome to your delusions, after all they are your only companions. But the fact remains that after years of trying, you are nowhere closer to ``fooling all the people all the time`` than you were at the beginning. Keep trying though, who knows, someday people will descend to your level and start taking your gibberish seriously.

Arab oil combined with Pakistani and turkish tech. things, can lead to change of world. It will feared by usa, India and China, japan and china and russia and everybody. ``
Fascistic rhetoric of unification has been very well stated from the pure lander perspective. No wonder the Paki mentallity is permeated by their fascistic ideology.
You can read the other modern day Fascistic ideologies like the Christian identity movements http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian_Identity or Hindutva or numerous other Nazi propagandist of the past to see how well it compares with them.
Especially this talk of UNIFICATION is a typical Fascistic rhetoric to impose their totalitarian ideology on every one on this earth.
These are indeed the true signs of an evil mind!!!
