Pay no attention – to the charade
Don’t let folks – rain on your parade
Let the doctor – frown and frown
Tell him – hey, you’re just a clown!
Ask the doctor – go jump in lake
All are quacks – are little but fake!
Throw away sheets – jump up and down
Go feel that rain – all over the town!

I was about to say it`s pretty juvenile when I read your introduction. Good enough or a maiden attempt, notwithstanding the age. And the 1000 word limit is pretty flexible I am sure, do please submit your short stories, there is an aweful dearth of such on this site!
