that was a really nice poem

and perhaps if it is looked at in the context of humanbeings in general, then i think it is way too true.....as we as the human beings are following the path of self destruction and this could be seen in the way we treat out environment, our earth, the way our moral values are beind destroyed and the way we are experiencing the fall down of societies morally

just to azure here... if you think thats plagiarism then you need to check it up in the dictionary.
i used that line and changed it around, and i did that on purpose for i was trying to capture that same feeling of anger and vengance.
poetry and imagination derives its sources from what we see around us, and for me the extreme feeling of anguish at the loss of all that is dear to you is communicated by those lines.
im not calling myself a gladiator, im not saying that my wife and son have been killed, but yet i seek vengence cos i have been wronged in other ways for which i seek revenge.

The poem seems to be having a great urge for tranformation and in the process of transformation , the old self is to be totally reconstructed and re-formed so as to adjust to new realities. This is to say , in other words, that death leads to birth, quest for the new , and the dawning of a new reality leads to total re-building of self from the beginning. Thus, there is hope in death, there are posibilities even in closures.

Okay, I think Mr. Raghav here REALLY likes the Gladiator movie.

not a father to a murdered son, nor a husband to a murdered wife
yet I seek vengeance, for I have been wronged.

Should this be considered a form of plagiarism? Hmm? Try to be original Raghav pa.

Round and round indeed, but only when poetry and literature is concerned. Science suggests something else. But who gives a hoot. Nice one chopra. :)

Author:

The path of self destruction.

Of-course ... otherwise how else will there be another Big Bang and start all over again?

Naive`.

It`s just the course nature takes. All over again ........and round and round ....
