Yaar, what are you guys actually fighting about?
OK, Ranjit yaar, let me summarize it for you:
Yasser to BJ: ``...Lets get one thing straight... this is an article by a Pakistani about Pakistan and you have no bearng on it. Whatever agreement or disagreement.... it is our business. Whether I think he is a physicist or not or whether I agree with his vision or not, is an internal ghar ka mamla. Dr. Hoodbhoy, good or bad, is ours. So hands off loser.``
Me to Yasser: ``After the land, now even cyberspace is being carved out into what is Indian and what is Paki?! This is utterly ridiculous!``
Yasser to me: ``Could you point out where the author of this article, Dr. Pervez Hoodbhoy, has articulated a vision for a country other than Pakistan in any capacity other than a Pakistani citizen?``
Me to Yasser: ``Read my post once again and tell me where have I ever talked about this article?``
Yasser to me: ``this is an article by a Pakistani about Pakistan and you have no bearng on it. Whatever agreement or disagreement.... it is our business. Whether I think he is a physicist or not or whether I agree with his vision or not, is an internal ghar ka mamla.``
Me to Yasser: ``..does the Chowk interact policy bar Indians from commenting on Paki issues and vice-versa? If no, then who died and made you Chowk`s grandpa?``
Yasser to me: ``You need to honestly get your head out of your rearend buddy.``
So there! Yasser`s answer to my question results in him getting down to abuse. I`m sure as an intelligent man, you would know what it signifies.

Yaar, what are you guys actually fighting about? It is kind of like Sattar and Urstruly, after the 10th exchange, it is hard to figure out if you are fighting over any real issue or just arguing for the sake of arguing.

Lets say I am convinced that there cannot be a coherent answer to incoherence.
And what is incoherent in the question I asked? Here it is again:
Umm..so does the Chowk interact policy bar Indians from commenting on Paki issues and vice-versa? If no, then who died and made you Chowk`s grandpa?
Just admit it, you`re stumped, like you were when asked to produce names of some ``bigshot Paki engineers working for major US companies``.

Harish mian,
Lets say I am convinced that there cannot be a coherent answer to incoherence. Refer to 375- there is still some valuable advice for you in it.

Why don`t you stick to cold calling my friend? This stuff- whatever you think it is- is not your cup of tea.
Now that it is confirmed (by that inability to think out a coherent answer and instead resort to meaningless abuse) that you`ve made an a$$ out of yourself, I think I`ll leave you alone. You are just an incompetent nincompoop who thinks he can be smart just because he knows English and can type?!

You need to honestly get your head out of your rearend buddy.
Stumped for an answer, it looks like Yasser has once again made a fool out of himself, which is why he seems to have descended to his familiar level. Somehow I get the feeling he has this fetish for terms like terms that describe the posterior, or is it because his profession is somehow associated with that part of the body?

PS: No one has asked any Indian to stop making a fool out of himself. My comment addressed to BJKumar was simply vis a vis his kind advice to the good Pakistani doctor to move from Pakistan.
But you have to follow advice in 372 to see that.

Taikonaut,
In addition to 364, I would like to say however that your analysis that Congress-League divide was socialist-capitalist divide is not actually true.
Congress and League were not political parties ... but rather two movements... Congress represented the re-surgent majoritarian Hindu bourgeoisie nationalism in the guise of ``one nation`` dogma ... and Muslim League represented one of the many answers to the one nation dogma and represented in main the minoritarian Muslim bourgeoisie nationalism.
As movements.. both parties had their left, centre and right wings... Muslim League had its share of socialists, marxists and leftists... infact, one of the earliest proposed constitutions of Pakistan was prepared by a marxist ... who came with the idea of ``Union of Islamic Socialist Republics of Pakistan`` i.e. UISRP... Jinnah himself encouraged left elements of the Communist Party of India to join the League and/or the Pakistan Movement to balance out the influence of Punjabi land lords .. Mian Iftikharuddin, Faiz Ahmed Faiz and Sajjad Zaheer were notable amongst these... The Communist Party of India, it must be recalled, had endorsed the Muslim League plan as early as 1944.
I am not suggesting that Muslim League as a whole was pro-communist... far from it. But as a national movement it had all different elements.

No point deflecting your hang ups and complexes on me buddy.
On the contrary, your juvenile antics and the Pavlovian responses all point to only one thing: you should have yourself (and please take that missus along) examined by a competent shrink.

After the land, now even cyberspace is being carved out into what is Indian and what is Paki?! This is utterly ridiculous!

Here is your post quoted in full. You clearly seem to either
a- have a problem with Hoodbhoy speaking of his vision for Pakistan.
b- have a problem with me pointing out that the article is about Pakistan.
No point deflecting your hang ups and complexes on me buddy.

Could you point out where the author of this article, Dr. Pervez Hoodbhoy, has articulated a vision for a country other than Pakistan in any capacity other than a Pakistani citizen?
Hey Smarty Pants, once again, your inadequate comprehension skills are showing. Read my post once again and tell me where have I ever talked about this article?
Your post is utterly ridiculous (though that is not something new).
In hindsight, I must confess it is ridiculous. To expect something better from you was indeed foolish on my part!
