What is the basis of twins paradox in the context of theory of relativity?
It said that if one of the twins moves away from earth at speed approaching the speed of light while other remains at earth then the twin at earth will grow slowly rather than the one moving away, why?

legends and myths of the Incas and Maya civilizations of South America Hint at the possibility of such an enounter, when extraterrestarial beings, visited earth and taught them things.
..... even today, if one looks at their MYTERIOUS and negligibily understood civilizations, they appear to be far more advanced of their AGE.
