the other reason his record over the past couple of years is prob not so good as before is that he is getting on in years. yusuf just had the greatest year of his career breaking the record for the most runs in a calendar year so obviously his doing sajdah when making a century, or growing a beard etc. hasn`t affected his cricket.

you do have some good points, but tend to generalise a bit, chris patten went to india to entice students for oxford that`s because uk earns millions in fees, that`s why they have built brit university campuses in malaysia and the gulf.
