Faridi sahib,

Your article is well-intentioned and in many ways the issues are quite well-articulated, but telling THIS (mainly South Asian) crowd about the benefits and indeed the necessity of immigration is like preaching to the choir.

There is very little room for a divergence of opinions on an issue like this over here. Hence the tepid response - so don`t take it to heart!

Do consider posting this material at a more ``mainstream`` site also. You may find quite a bit of contrast from here.

Best wishes. :)

jang: The local economic and job conditions are driving locals out of the region too whose forefathers have been living here for hundreds of years. Nobody wants to stay in such inconducive job climate.

Mansoor sahab
Fees may be higher in uk , but some people have found a way around this, they come here on student visa then claim political asylum. Later on they enrol at uk university and the fees are paid by uk government, kurds and tamils are known for this scam.

Thank you Aslam644 Sahab. I was referring to, and discussing about, normal international students who are not coming to scam the system. Beyond scope your comments may be, but your they definitely add a new dimension to this dialogue. Keep writing. Thank you.
