Most of the serious and reasonable interactors on Chowk have become sick of these few pigheaded monsters. Some young ones use them as pastime and some more thoughtful like you get nervous and frustrate. This only shows their concern and anxiety and that they have a large heart to tolerate these devils. Even God himself much depends on devils to manifest His own existence. Is it not?

By the way, the couplet you quoted in #1561 was from Ram Charit Manas written by great poet Tulsidas and not from ManuSmriti as you have mentioned. Also, ManuSmriti is not written by Bhartrahari but is a collection of edicts given by Manu to the earliest sages and was compiled in Ist century by Hindoo scholars.
