’’professional and ethical liberty ’’

What are you talking about. It would not only be higly un-professional and unethical but it would be a crime not to publish or air the carnage. It is a crime to hide the truth from Pakistani nation. We gotta get rid of this Hamood-ur-Rehman Commission mentality.

By the way there is tonnes of shit on infamous May 12 on youtube already.

Re: # 7
Dear Urstruly,
I agree with you. But there are certain `constraints` for the media as well. For instance, a couple of leading English dailies did not publish this article, but I finally made it on Chowk. It`s not about freedom of speech alone. . . it`s gone beyond that in our country, particularly in Karachi. It`s become a matter of life and death. ``MY`` life and ``YOUR`` death.

Re: # 10

I absolutely understand what you are saying. I myself am a survivor of the civil war of 80s and 90s in Karachi and the ethnic cleansing that MQM did in those years. I salute your courage.

Tibet Center where MQM was holding its rally and Shariah Faisal where chief justics had to travel to get to the Bar association at pakistan Chowk are as far apart as the head and tail of a dog. But the MQM propagandists are trying to portray Shriah faisal and Tibet Center as the tail and ass of a dog, respectively. These murderous thugs are shameless.

Actually, MQM played a wonderful strategy. They held their own rally at Tibet Centre on M.A. Jinnah Road which is an entirely different area and doesn’t lead to the airport so that their own rally participants will not be in the way of rallies going to the airport and in fear of a clash, but positioned their professional killers on the flyovers and rooftops on Shara-e-Faisal leading to the airport after having blocked all access and exit points.

Brilliant. These pimps are not so stupid after all.

Re: # 2
Yes, you got it right. I, among other tv journalists, have it on tape. Unfortunately, the masses have seen only a fraction of the shooting spree. . . . .
