And now for my favorite phrase... ``Change is the Only Constant!`` Today`s themes will be tomorrow`s classics. But... I feel your pain. I think the movie, `Shrek` did a good job of reminding us of the classics in modern form, yes?

Writer,

Times change. Cultures renew their vital aspects. They reinvent themselves. Those that fail to do so fall behind and become extinct.

The classics had their time and place. Thanks to the internet and large-volume-digital storage technology, they will always stay with us in one form or other - and will always be available to those who seek the same.

You cry in vain - you cry for what ought not to be cried for!

It is not the absence of classics that you miss - it is the connection with the past that you wish to retain permanently. Sorry!

Unfortunately, the old must make way for the new! There is only one way - forward! :)

Author,

Old classics wud be remebered as epics. They wont die. In the meanwhile Cultaral bodies shud preserve them for posterity.

This is the main diff btw European and our cultures. National Museum in Paris shud inspire our dickheads in this direction. What Echoboom rattles in his posts inlcude this cultural aspect where we disregard our own stuff. Enuff.
